Version 2.5.3 makes a 0 K file in the incomplete folder for every attempted download. Previously, this would only happen with at least a busy signal. If this is supposed to help downloads, fine, but as it is, it is just a lot of clutter I have to weed out.

This version does also not move completed files as quickly to the shared folder, or rather, the files move as before, but in the download window, "Downloading from 0 hosts" "100%" shows up for about half a minute.
