No Connection

HI,

I NEED HELP, UNTIL TODAY THINGS WERE GOING FINE BUT NOW WHEN I PRESS ON THE SERCH BUTTON NOTHING HAPPENS ITS LIKE I'M NOT CONNECTED BUT MY DSL/CABLE IS WORKING. WHAT SHOULD I DO???????
