Hm, strange. Try trashing your config file, - it's called limewire.props and should be somewhere on your hd. I don't know where LimeWire saves it on MacOS.

- Where did you read about version 4, btw?

I will do that thanks and I think I read about version 4 on these forums but can't be sure which one but I will try and find it again and let you know. Thanks again for your continuing help.
