Jottagirl is flying high
Default SUCCESS!!

Gather 'round to hear the miracle...I have successfully installed Limewire.

I was continuing my search for the solution to the MRJ/Installer problem, and found a website with info about MRJ installation--where all the components should be. Now, I've re-installed MRJ several times, but when I checked the system folder, I noticed components missing, or misplaced. No idea how, or why that happened.
I followed the instructions, and voila! The LW installer finally worked.

So, for anyone interested, here's the site:
http://www.stsci.edu/webet/MacSetup.html

I've also attached a jpg screen capture of the info from the site.

I'll do my best to pass this info on, (and post it in some forums) to anyone having the same conflict/problem.

Thanks so much to all who helped, offered suggestions, and stuck with it for so long. It's much appreciated.
