  You can't find out how to listen to downloads before downloading?Hmm, maybe that's because you can't.
 You have to download at least a tinsy tiny bit of the file in order to be able to check out what it is (in the case of audio or video files, 'cause I'm not sure WHAT happens with programs and stuff).
 I thought that it was logical to think that in order to play a file you have to actually have it.
 As people say, in the case of Limewire you can PREVIEW the file, which means start the download, then doubleclick it in the "Downloading" window (or click launch) and you'll listen to the file for as long as you have downloaded.
