 1.4 works, 1.6 doesn't--Mac Hey, glad I found this place. Anyways... I have been using LW 1.4 for a while now and it works fine but when I tried using 1.5 and 1.6 I couldn't set up the options. They would open, I would change things--connection, download folder, etc--but when I clicked on Okay or Apply nothing would happen (well actually, the button would darken but the window wouldn't close). The only way I could get the Options window to close was to click Cancel or the close box. And that wouldn't save my changes. I thought maybe it was because I had 2 versions installed at once (1.4 and 1.6) so I tried uninstalling both versions and only reinstalling 1.6--no change. I have MRJ 2.2.5 and am running Mac OS 9.0.4 on a Rev B iBook. LW 1.4 runs great so I don't know what the deal is...or if it's worth me finding out. Thanks.  |
