 Well, this is basically a forum where you can get help from either more experienced people (who might have had the same problem as you and migh have figured out a solution) or from the software developers themselves (but, I'm quite sure they're very busy people, what with having to develop new versions of LW for us, so that they can't really afford to come and answer posts everyday). This is indeed where they "dump us" (if you will) but we are far from left to fend for ourselves. You just have to be patient and the right person will eventually come and post. And sorry for annoying you with posts that bring no solutions to your problems whatsoever.
