Thank you.

Actually I did read that and was not able to find passphrase in a search as I said in my post above.

While I appreciate and respect the forum rues, completely, I do not have time to go through all threads manually, and rely on the native search engine the forums provide. I hope this is not the reason you have pointe me to the guidelines, rahter that I omitted some infomationabout my software config (see below).

I could really use some help here as I cannot open these files nor any of the others I have downloaded. They either ask for the passphrase as I am opening with Stuffit or take me to Limewire interface. I did read posts on the problems others have had opening filesomly to return to return to the Limewire interface. I followed advice as best as I could, tried to open the files, which were just text files, by dropping on appropiate application icons, changing the name etc. To no avail.

Again I post that i have a dual gig Mac with 9.2 and 10.3.2 I did leave out Limewire Pro 4.0.6

I appreciate assistance. I did not have these issues using earlier, non-pro versions of the software. Thank you.

Dare I say it, I have also come across the same issue. At east in one instance, I came across the answer by continually searching the topic, even if that included 'Any Type' search. I have a suspicion by forum rules I'm not allowed to give away such info., but I've pointed you in the right direction. Keep in mind, presently it's only a small grp who do this, so the psswd fits for 'many'!
