I just recently d/l'ed Limewire and it works OK EXCEPT...
I can't open the MPEG files I d/l' ed! Not with Quick Time or Limewire launcher or anything. I have a Power PC 603e Mac OS 8.6 144 M RAM HELP!!

According to other responses for the same problem,
re-associating your MPEG files with you media player might do the trick. Let us know how you get on!

Go to download.cnet.com and download Maczilla Player. It renames and reconfigures the file type on MPEGs, and plays the files.
