A sit file should be able to open with StuffIt Expander which is supplied with most mac OS's. Get the newest version by google Stuffit expander. After installing, drag & drop the file onto Expander & it should uncompress for you. By the way if you're using OS9, after installing Stuffit you should ReBuild your Desktop: Restart your computer whilts holding down Command (Apple key)+Option keys. This is particularly important for Stuffit Expander. Otherwise there may be ugly side-FX.
