![]() I am running limewire on my mac and it seems to be lagging my computer pretty badly. I have increased the memory available to it but it hasn't helped. Sometimes it will freeze my comp for nearly a minute. Is there any way to fix this? thanks |

![]() I'm getting the same thing too. I had mactella which connected quicker, but was a pain in the !@# to download (plenty of "Server busy" messages) I like lime, for the way it's organized. I have DSL but am downloading at a very slow rate. Can any one help/ have suggestions? |

![]() I had teh same thing, and solved it by installing a personal firewall prgramme which prevents the Mac being overloaded by search requests and hacker attcaks - it's amazing how many people seem to have nothing better to do If you can find Norton Internet Security, that's the best package and the smallest download..... |
