 I do have permission to open and install it. I am the sole user of this computer. When I apple i, and I look at the "preview" of the icon, there is a silver pad lock in the bottom corner. Under "ownerships and permissions" I am the owner, and the padlock there is unlocked. The settings are read and write on all of them.  |
