Default Downloading from me

From time to time I check "Monitor" to see if anybody's interested in getting tunes from me. The other day I noticed one that said (I think) "Hash tree"(??) What might this mean? Thanks pbb

It means it's downlding the hash information of that file. That's the info that helps identify the file when you search for it & downld it. I don't know a lot about the hashing process so I suppose you could always search it on the forum.

I accidentally found a reference to download meshes & the hashing principle: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...490#post124490
