can anyone help me? im running mac OS9.2 and *attempting* to run limewire without it randomly crashing due to an error type 3. Ive tried everything i can think of from running my mac with basic extensions only, to throwing as much memory at limewire as possible. ive scraped the net and it seems i the ONLY person with this problem. its the most infuriating thing ever, as it crashes completly randomly, it could be when im downloading a file, searching or even when i simply try and run limewire. ive turned off the infamous extensions that cause the ERROR TYPE 2 but its had no effect whatsoever. Does anyone else suffer from ERROR type 3 on limewire or am i unique? Has anyone got any ideas? ANY feedback would be greatly appreiciated.

Sorry I can't help you with your error, but i get error type 2 when I go to hide Limewire in the background. What are these infamous extensions that are supposed to be off?
thanks in advance for any help you give. |
