K im getting an ipod soon and i am just wondering if you can download music onto it using limewire because i have windows '98 so i can't get i tunes?

SO why did you post in the General Mac Support section. See How to transfer music to my iPod (& iTunes) Remember you need at least USB support. I'm not sure how much USB support win 98 gives. From what I recall, not a lot.
