hmm .. I'm not sure

it's late and I'm tired .. I have to sleep on it lol

It might be worth trying the vlc player http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ although I'm not 100% sure it will run on your system, and the early osx and classic are a bit of an unknown quantity to me.
