![]() Whenever I run 1.8 it crashes and locks up the entire system. It's not a matter of if -- only of when. Sometimes I can search and download for up to 20 minutes before it happens -- other times it's instantanous upon launch. Surely this cannot be considered acceptable. I run OS 9.2 on a G4 with plenty RAM and whatnot and DSL to boot, so there should be no tech issues. Pleeeease don't tell me to wait for 1.9. I was JUST celebrating 1.8 because it might mean I could actually begin downloading again (seeing as that 1.7 wouldn't install properly at all :P). |

![]() I totally agree with you...I have a PowerMac G4 running OS 9.2 with 640Mb of RAM, and I have never used a program that crashes so much....totally out of the blue it will stop, and freezes the entire computer. I have had to reboot 3-5 times during a session. It's a shame, because it is a very well designed interface, it's just so unpredictable. I'm not sure that I can use this program anymore. |
