![]() Hi all, would really appreciate your thoughts on this one: Limewire indicates that a firewall is active, I have tried everything to remove it, but am at the end of my wits. I am running Limewire on a G4 Powerbook, OS 10.3.9, have enabled UPnP on Limewire and my Belkin router, and disabled firewall in the OS. My router is plugged into a cable modem. Any ideas how to get rid of the firewall? Many thanks! Last edited by carillon; March 21st, 2007 at 01:49 PM. Reason: spelling |

![]() Sorry for the late reply, I have been away from the forums for a bit. My guess is your belkin router & OSX. See http://www.gnutellaforums.com/mac-os...outer-osx.html as I had same experience. Alternative is port forwarding. If that's not the answer then who is your ISP? |
