You are with same ISP as me. No ISP issues there. I have no problems connecting with LW 4.0 in OS 9.2.2

UPnP (universal plug & Play is a system that allows a UPnP capable program to communicate directly with the router & open any needed ports. This was not available at the time of LW 4.0)

Tip: Purge the Downloads Queue! (click on blue link) & delete your LW prefs folder from time to time. Take a look at ideas in other threads such as http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...s-9-2-2-a.html

Go to LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Connections & uncheck option for automatically connect. Then close LW, open it up again. Let it settle for 10-15 mins, then go to menu bar, File menu & choose connect. Give it plenty of time to connect. Sometimes opening a browser may help.
