It might not make a difference, but you could try LW 4.0.8. There's a link for it in the Stickies at the top of this section I think. Don't forget to add a little extra ram to LW after you reinstall ... how much depends on how many shares & incompletes you have. ie: select LW program in finder, Apple key / ⌘ / command + i & change the allocation figure at the top. Just add a little extra at first. I find it's always better to manually connect LW using File menu after letting LW open & settle down.
