Pop up window (how to change answer to lilcense question - Mac)

When you go to download and the pop up window appears saying there is no license, do you still want to download, yes or no, I checked the always answer this way box, but accidentally checked the NO box. How do I get to that window so I can change it to YES. I can't download anything now and I don't know how to change it.
