I purchased Limewire Pro and have migrated to a new computer. How do I get access to the program and using it on my new machine?

If you are still within the 6 months of free updates, then redownload it to new computer. Else, if you still have the installer, copy it across. Else, copy the program across.

Can I not do it through the company, like most software purchases?

When you bought pro, you were given a link to your personal download page. Just go to it & download it again. If you no longer have it, then go to the LW site, support page & look for pro options. That is thru the company.
