can anybody help me how to have Nod 32 check everything i download from lime wire?? i can´t find the option to use antivirus

You can't. Your anti virus should scan it while your stuff is downloading. If not, the virus won't spread unless you open it. So scan it before you do anything with it.

If you're using Mac, then scan your files after you download. After all if it's OSX there's no viruses to spread on your computer if you are using OSX only type files. Most AV programs allow you to check particular folders. Choose your LW download folder.
