| When I launch Limewire it wants a firwire drive that I don't have plugged in and don't want plugged in. I've re-installed the program, but it keeps looking for it. Is there a preference I need to trash? Thanks, Joey |

| You should always de-install LimeWire before re-installing, using the included de-install program. This ensures that all the proper prefs files etc. are trashed. After that it might help to re-build your desktop before installing a fresh copy of LimeWire. (As always, to do this keep the 'command' and 'option' keys pressed while starting your computer, until prompted.) This is a fairly common problem on the Classic Mac OS platform, and not necessarily LimeWire-related. Good luck! |
