![]() I was unable to get the full FAQ page. I have a cable modem & a fast Mac with LOTS o' RAM & hard drive space. I have tried Virtual Memory on & off, tried reallocating much much more than recommended memory to LimeWire & IE so I can switch between tasks, but LimeWire still crashes. I don't switch back and forth rapidly, only occasionally. Is there an ideal memory allocation on a Mac besides the one recommended by LimeWire? I just want to figure out how to efficiently configure things so it stops crashing. The Type 2/3 error messages refer to problems with memory, but I have plenty memory. In addition, LimeWire is the only program in which this error message pops up. Help! |
