On Limewires window I saw a bunch of my iTunes files that I thought I didn't want to be on Limewire - so i deleted them all. When i get back to my iTunes Library , all of my music is gone?? Everything? What did i do? Can I recover it?
Why should my whole iTune library be showing on Limewire? |

OUCH! Looks like you actually deleted the actual music files. The way to remove them from LW's library window is to Control-click those folders you don't wish to share & choose Stop Sharing. I am not sure of a file recovery program for mac OSX. It depends which OSX version you have. Norton Utilities for OSX 10.3 or earlier has a file recovery program in it called Unerase I think off hand. Norton stopped supporting OSX from 10.4 and higher up (except their anti virus program.)
Someone else may know of an OSX file recovery program you could use. |
