I to have a Motorolla Cable Modem but it dose not seem to slow my up-load, as in most cable cases how meny pepole around you have Cable Modem, that mite be what is slowing you down.
To be honest with you I do not knw much about it but I have no 1 around me with a Cable Modem so that mite be why i can up-load and down load so fast..
