Hmm ... it should be possible .. but if you are having problems doing it, then see alternative techniques here How to transfer music to my iPod (& iTunes). BTW iTunes is the only program you can click & drag from the LW Library to.

Oh I just realised you posted in the Vista section .. perhaps it is something related to Vista re: LW or iTunes. But as suggested there are alternative techniques.
