 You problem is more than likely your ISP and they have picked you up on their radar for heavy usage...Talk Talk are known for shaping p2p... 1. You'll find TalkTalk here ISP's known to BLOCK or Filter p2p or specifically Limewire 2. It's Official - TalkTalk stopping P2P
