what happens if the install thing for limewire says "there is nothing to install"???

Ace are you trying to download Limewire for the very 1st time ? And if so are you on the original website Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download «. Thats the only place to get the real Limewire. Every thing else are scam sites. Hope this helps.

soory bout thAt , but ya i have but deletd and now im trying to get the basic limewire bacck and it cant install?

You can try this. Go to Start > all programs > Limewire uninstall. Thats the correct way to uninstall. After that Go to Start > Search > all files and folders. Type in Limewire Delete anything and everything that comes up. Now you can download Limewire. Also need to check Java version Need to have JRE 1.5.11. or close.

Hey so i was away for the weekend and when i got back i turned on Limewire just to see if it works(i was getting desperate) AND hey presto it worked! I ask my dad if he had done anything to the computer and he hadnt, except getting Modzilla Firefox...and now LW works.

I wont complain cause its great but one thing this does prove is that computers run by Vista, DOS or even MAcs all work with a bit of un explainable magic :yahoo:
