When you first started setting up a static IP address, you had to go Start > Run > type in cmd > type in ipconfig/all. Now all the info appears . Look through all that info until you see IPv4, with an IP address next to it.
Is the static IP in your screenshot the same as the number that is next to IPv4? It should be the same.

If you can't change the IP field within your router, I think you have the wrong numbers in your static IP. My static IP begins with 192.168.

Just try something...delete LW's preferences folder when LW's properly closed. See point 3 here.
Fixes for LimeWire
This will kill all of your settings within options, you'll have to go back through afterwards & reset things. If you're not sure of your settings, go through LW's tools > options & write them all down, so that you can reset things later.
LimeWire Pref Folder in Vista

See if LW will at least connect after that, even if the firewall icon still shows.

You could also try downloading LW 4.12.11...see if that connects (even with the firewall icon).

Sorry for late answer!

Since last I have got LW v4.12.14!
And I have done that above, but nothing help.

I have also found my static IP.

So ... what now!

Have you set up port forwarding, using your static IP address? Try changing ports. In LW tools > options > advanced > firewall config. Change LW's listening port to 64049 > Apply > ok. You'll also have to forward this port number within your router. Remember that LW's listening port, port in the 'manual port forward' box & port forwarded within the router all have to be the same number.

Does LW connect on your Dad's XP computer?

Can you find out who your ISP is (who you pay for internet access)?

Did you make sure that your Norton firewall was allowing LW? If you go back to the link I left in my first post, you'll see instructions for Norton 2007. This link might help, as well.

Does LW connect on your Dad's XP computer? Yes, (or it did for a few months ago - haven't tried since)

Can you find out who your ISP is (who you pay for internet access)? My SMTP is pasmtp.tele.dk . Else I don't know.
