I have a new Gateway MT6452 laptop with windows vista home premium, im not sure what firewalls I have. Im useing mcafee security center I have checked the firewall and lime wire has full acess, 1gig memory, 120 gb hard drive space availbale Im useing either net, im connecting from a hotel. Im not sure of the provider. Im useing lime wire 4.14.6, I do have a brick wall in front of the world icon, i tried the test and it said test worked. Im not sure if im shareing files, im new with lime wire and computers. This is the secound time i have installed lime wire it hasnt changed and i am in the U.S. MY problem is when downloading a movie it downloads very slow some take hours any help woud be greatly apreciated

It's really hard to say because you are connecting from a Hotel and more than likely that hotel may have some sort of bandwidth limitation...

Some movies can take hours depending on how many hosts you have and what speeds you are getting...

Just check and see if you have your McAfee Security center configured properly...
