Hi Kay, It sounds like a Codec problem. What media player are you using.
You could try this. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/tips-t...decs-ones.html. If your using Vista try here. Vista Codec Package v4.4.8 (freeware) If your using XP try this. Download XP Codec Pack 2.0.8 - XP Codec Pack is one of the most complete codec pack. Might try VLC Media Player. Has Codecs built in. VLC media player - Overview
