Limewire dilema ! (LW wont start up)

can anyone help me plzzzzzzzz ok i have windows vista and i dowloaded limewire and then when i open it up all i get is...."enabling open iformation sharing" and it wont go past that page....am able to even search for music or whatever....what should i do??????????????
