Default 12% (Loading HTML Engin...)

I am running windows vista home premium 32-bit. The title says it all, when i attempt to open up limewire and the initial dialog box opens up in the middle of my screen showing all the components that are loading, it always gets stuck on "12% (loading HTML engine...)" I didn't ever encounter this issue until just a few days ago when I tried to access limewire. What's possibly causing this and how can i fix it??

Ok I fixed it! All I did was Delete limewire..make sure to delete ALL FILES go to start, and then search type limewire AFTER you deleted the program..If files show up delete them! Delete shortcuts too, then go back to the Limewire site and download it again ( Sometimes you may need to reboot your computer before re-downloading).. after you download, install...then it may stop at 12% again but then an error box pops up and will tell you that the save file has been missing or been deleted choose another file location ..than actually go into limewire file and create new folder I called mine (complete) then it should work ..If it doesn't...close limewire all together I had to use the task manager/process (CNTRL-ALT-DELETE) and then open limewire back up it will stop at 19% then you will get the same error message it will automatically bring you to the files and then click on the new folder you just created and then it should work..It did for me...(Sometimes you need to before Installing right-click and run as administrator so you are able to create new folder)
