I have a firewall problem
I tried everything I could to get this fire wall off I shut off my fire wall in my security place I checked to to see if it was marked a safe site in windows and it is I dont know what eles to do please some one help

I'm having problems downloading and it's with vista. It was working fine then one day nothing. It will let me search and do everything but download music or anything!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need some help. I tried everything I know how to do. Someone help me out!!!!!!!!
