I recently got a new system that is running vista. I am having conflicts. I have a program that I have to use for work and that program will not work with Java. Their tech support people said that Vista has its own Java platform built in.
When I try to delete Java, Limewire will not run. What is the truth Any help would be appreciated. |

I don't use Vista, so I don't know anything about the "Java platform built in" to Vista. Maybe you could use Google to find out more about that (I couldn't find any info). Or ask the tech support people to give you some detailed info.
LW's written in Java, so you'll need to have Java (Java Runtime Environment) installed on your computer if you want to use LW. Maybe a Vista user can shed some more light. Last edited by birdy; February 13th, 2008 at 09:59 PM. |
