 Alot of the Legalities depend on what country you live in. It's obviously Illegal to download Copyrighted Material where you Live so it's up to You if You want to take the chance of getting caught. There are Creative Commons Licensed Files, that are Legal to download. Google to learn more, or you could buy the files from sites like iTunes or Rhapsody.

| Haha so if any thing you do on limewire like download any form of any file pretty much, and its all illegal, then whats the point of limewire? This is what I dont understand which is legal and whats not, and it sounds like anything you do is illegal so whats the purpose of the site other than being a trap to being sued? |
