Problems Connecting

I'm Having Alot Of Problems Connecting Limewire Using Windows Vista... It's Telling Me It Detects A Firewall Even Though I Turned All Firewalls Off... Is It Possible To Connect Limewire Using Windows Vista? I've Tried Everything, It's Gettin Annoying... Lol. Any Suggestions?
