| Hi Rod, I don't use Vista, but in case another Vista user can help you - 1. Have you used LW 4 on the new computer without these issues? 2. Are you trying to play files using the LW player? 3. Have you tried disabling LW's player & using different players? VLC player is a free one that we recommend here, you could give that a try. It won't make a bit of difference ![]() If you're sure that it's a Vista issue rather than a player issue - go to control panel & see whether there's a 'sounds & audio devices' equivalent or whether you have an icon there for your sound card - maybe you can adjust things that way.
