If that doesn't help then try this older version of Java 6: Archive: Download Java Platform Standard Edition (Java SE) 6u5

Click on 'Download JRE' > choose your platform & tick the license agreement > choose the offline installation. Once the installer's downloaded, remove your current Java version via Control Panel. Install the version that you've just downloaded & then restart your computer.
