Are you using LW 5?
Click on Tools menu (4th across) then click on Options (bottom option in the menu). Click on Misc (4th across), then click on the dropdown menu that you see on the page. You should be able to change language from there. Click the OK button (left button on the right hand side at the bottom of the page) to save the change
