I can connect but then it shuts down

I have limewire pro and when I connect to LW it connects for about 30-45 sec then it says a problem has caused the program to stop working and shuts down LW. I have updated my java and reloaded LW, but still having the same problem. I am using vista home and in the past I have not had any trouble LW just all the sudden nodda. Can anyone help?
