Lime wire starting problem on vista and installation is successfull

I Just Installed Lime wire 5.1.2 on window vista home premium, on click icon limewire open and starts loading 70% all of sudden disapears on notice found icon shifted to task bar and when try to click icon immediately disappear without any notice number of times I tried but in vein,besides that java is updated, I cant understand what is wrong. please help me, than Q
