I have recently purchased, downloaded and installed LimewirePro 5.5.10, I also have Java Runtime Environment 6.0 downloaded and installed. However, each time I attempt to open Limewire it tells me that it needs JRE 6.O and I cannot open Limewire. Can anybody assist me please? My operating system is Windows Vista.

Thank you for your assistance. How do I know if my Windows system is 34 or 64 bit; how do I know which Java was downloaded (34 or 64) and how do I select both downloads from the Java web page to ensure I can open Limewire.

The instructions for Java are on that page how to install each. But also follow the instructions from bigdog423 http://www.gnutellaforums.com/window...tallation.html
I'm not a windows user per se myself so not sure all the ins & outs. |
