losing downloaded files

when the files have downloaded they disappear,how can i transfer them to the library? as this does not happen automatically, please help i'm downloading for 'nothing'? running XP on my system

try to search your harddisk for the file(s) you downloaded to locate them.
go to Tools - options - saving and check your saving folder! and then your sharing folder

All your files that you d/l are on your hard drive (somewhere), whatever folder you have it set to d/l to.

My sharing folder and my download folder are the same.

The 'Library' is just a reflection of this folder. Once you find the files make sure your sharing folder is the one your pointing LW to.

Another explanation is that you don't have a shared folder or it doesn't work. try going in tools, options, savings and choose where you want LW to save your files. also, it was a problem before, go in tools, options, sharing make shure that the folder in savings and sharing match or for some reason sometimes you can not view the files.
