Thanks guys I appreciate your help. I'll keep working on it. What I figured out I can do for now but very slowly is 1. go into Limewire library 2. locate on disk. 3. double click on each song file independently. It will take about 3 secs. per song to load into I Tunes after finding them in alphabetical order.

How about arranging your download folder via date modified, this is what I do. It is much faster to find the most recently downloaded files.
I also download each of video and audio to separate folders.

Something else you can do is to go LW's library, select the songs you downloaded and drag and drop into iTunes directly from LW's library window.

Unfortunately LW 5/LPE does not have a date modified or added option for arrangement like LW 4 had. So if your library has a lot of files this suggestion might not be as good as how you are doing it.
