| I installed Limewire (latest version - 7.4.262.0) on my windows XP system and, although Limewire functions fine as far as file transfer is concerned, every time my computer starts up, I get the error message "Java.Lang.NoClassDefFoundError ". I uninstalled and reinstalled Limewire, but I still get this error message. Further, I can't uninstall Limewire Shop as, when I click on its icon in Add/Remove Programs, I simply get that same error which, of course, makes me suspect that it is somehow related to the problem. Note that, although a search of these forums by java.lang revealed several posts, these refer to "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException" or, in any case, describe different situations. Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated. Stevo |
