startup problem
I'm using version 2.3.4 and for some reason, Limewire will not start up anymore. During the startup, I get a javaw.exe popup saying "Assertion failed: (lock & JAWT_LOCK_ERROR) == 0, file CBanner.cpp, line36"
Any ideas (other than upgrading to a newer Limewire, thanks)?

Java
Try downloading the latest Java client from sun microsystems 1.4 i think they're up to. get it here http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/download.html

followup
you'll need to uninstall the 1.3 client and redirect limewire to the new client when it starts up.
