when i click on the lime wire icon it just takes me to my computer. thats it. what do i do? how doi d/l music! thats all i wanna do!! HELP ME!

Then start the limewire.bat file from the explorer.

you need to do the above from Windows Explorer, not My Computer.

try this: go back to the download page, right-click on the installer link, and choose either "Download to Disk" or "Save Target As."
